Hidealoo takes silver at NY Product Design Awards 2024

Hidealoo is continuing its winning ways after picking up Silver at the prestigious New York Product Design Awards 2024.

Honouring those who have made a significant contribution in their field, the NY Product Design Awards celebrate the best in innovation, creativity, and excellence in design. The awards were launched to honour the efforts of talented product designers, design teams, and manufacturers from all over the world, “whose designs have made daily living that much better with their practical and ingenious creations”.

Hidealoo has been recognised with a Silver award in the category of Bathroom & Sanitary Equipment – Toilets / Accessories.

The patented Hidealoo frame supports homeowners and developers to maximise their use of space. It can be used with any wall hung toilet and allows it to be rotated, meaning it can be hidden inside a cabinet, cupboard, or wall space when not in use.

As well as creating more flexible floor space, the frame provides an opportunity for additional toilets to be installed where adding a new bathroom may not otherwise be possible. For example, by allowing a toilet to be fitted within a utility room cupboard, in a cabinet underneath loft eaves, or in a bedroom for those less mobile at night.

Since launching in the UK in 2023, Hidealoo has seen interest soar amongst both trade and consumer customers. The frame can now be found in homes across the world including Singapore, HK, Romania, Holland, Austria, Greece, Germany, Slovenia, Ireland, and USA.

Hidealoo was named ‘Best New KBB Product’ at the BKU awards 2024 and has previously been awarded the kbb Innovation ‘People’s Choice Award’, as voted for by those in the trades, while also receiving a Top Design Award at the European Product Design Awards.
