Will I need to be a Rocket Scientist to Install a Hidealoo®?
All you need is to have a good level of DIY experience and follow the handy step by step Installation Instructions, as supplied with every product.
Does the Installation process require any specialised tools?
Installation is straight forward and requires a minimum standard toolset, such as an electric drill, screwdriver and a spirit-level.
Do you supply the pipe/waste connectors?
Connector requirements can be specified at the time of purchase.

We have a skilled support team to help with any issues during the installation process.
How long has Hidealoo® existed in the marketplace?
First installation was in a house constantly let for Airbnb guests and that was over 3 years ago.
What is the weight of a Hidealoo® unit?
The Hidealoo® unit weighs approximately 30 kgs.
Does the Hidealoo® pan have a maximum loaded weight?
Hidealoo has been tested with the pan having a load bearing weight of 270 kgs (42.5 stones) with no performance problems.
Is the Hidealoo® a mature and tested product?
The Hidealoo system has evolved and refined over time and even the water/waste management piping has been tested with 100s of thousands of cycles.
Can the Hidealoo® unit be cleaned?
The retraction enclosure is fully water-proof, so can be fully washed and rinsed as many times as you require.
Does the Hidealoo® fit any toilet pan?
The Hidealoo® is compatible with standard “wall hung pans”. The pans can be supplied with the Hidealoo pack or purchased by the customer separately for a personal touch.
Can I fit a "soft close" toilet seat?
The Hidealoo® toilet seat is a standard off the shelf size, so can be replaced by a soft close equivalent.
Can I fit a Hidealoo® in my attic?
Yes, and extremely easily as the Hidealoo® unit fits perfectly in the eaves of an attic, or mansard roof slopes. View how the Hidealoo® system can be installed around the home.
What colours of the Hidealoo® are available?
Currently, the only available Hidealoo® colour is ‘Light Grey’. More colour options may be available in the future.
What material is the basin constructed from?
Our basins are constructed from an extremely rigid plastic moulding process to create an attractive smooth, strong and durable basin.
Does the Basin include taps?
The make and model of the taps are down to your own personal taste and budget. We have specifically chosen an industry standard tap height to create the widest possible selection of taps available on the market.
How much does the Hidealoo® cost?

What is the benefit of the "Built-in Macerator Option"?
Macerators work by chopping up toilet waste to enable it to be pumped to the external waste pipe. This means that the waste pipe can be as small as 22mm and not needing to run to a fall.

Will you install Hidealoo® for us?
We can’t install the unit for you, but any capable DIY person or plumber would find the process of fitting straight forward. Also, our technical staff would be on hand to address any issues.
Supply of plumbing accessories?
Plumbing supplies externally to the Hidealoo® unit should be sourced from builders merchants.
